I started by using the F1 on my snares but then tried it on footholds for beaver. I really like it. You mix it per the directions a pint goes along ways and it will keep for a long time if you cover it and protect it from freezing. Simply wash the traps free of factory oils, (I use the dishwasher on the same cycle and same soap as real dirty pots and pans, I also give it a little squirt of Dawn dish soap as well) then dip them in the mix, hang to dry (about an hour with a fan on them) repeat up to as many times as you'd like til they look how you want them. Here they are after one coat... I decided on 4 coats total... A good friend of mine has been using it and liking the results on his bodygrippers as well... That is the color you get with the "brown" F1 it's the only color I've used. It looks like an OD green to me. ~ADC~

What is this formula one?
I have been dipping my traps for some time. (I CAN'T STAND SPEED DIP) Used it once. Since then just been using oil based paint mixed with high grade gas. Comes in different colors and cost about $35 bucks to do 500 +or- a few 1 1/2 coils.
